Description
The VE.Bus BMS protects each cell from a Victron lithium-iron-phosphate (LiFePO4 or LFP) battery.
Each cell of a LiFePO4 battery must be protected against overvoltage, undervoltage and overheating. Victron LiFePO4 batteries have built-in balance, temperature and voltage control (acronym: BTV) and connect to the BMS VE.Bus using two cords of M8 circular connectors.
The BTVs of several batteries can be daisy-chained. Please see our LiFePO4 battery documentation for more details.
BMS
Shut down or disconnect loads in the event of imminent cell undervoltage
Reduce charge current in case of imminent cell overvoltage or overheating (VE.Bus products only, see below)
Shut down or disconnect battery chargers in the event of an impending cell overvoltage or overheating.
Delivery
Delivery in 3-7 days.
RETURN
Products can be returned for 14 Days, in new condition, in their original packaging.
