Description
Note: This product has a 230 VAC output
Phoenix VE.Direct Inverter
Inverters allow you to power domestic equipment - requiring 230V/120V AC - using 12V, 24V or 48V DC "leisure" or "automotive" batteries.
Models
250VA, 375VA, 500VA, 800VA, 1200VA
Phoenix inverters are built to last. They feature a sophisticated full-bridge and toroidal transformer topology - suitable for powering sensitive electronic devices. They are protected against overloads, temperature and short circuits.
Some electronic devices - especially those with an electric motor - need a brief burst of energy at start-up, which is much higher than their rated consumption. No problem - the Phoenix inverter has industry-leading peak power capability.
High power consumption at startup can trigger false alarms and shutdowns. Phoenix takes this into account and stops only in the event of a persistent overload. Cleverly, shutdowns are followed by a series of restarts to eliminate "false alarms".
In Eco mode, the inverter shuts down when no power is required. Phoenix senses the outlet every two seconds and automatically switches back on if power is needed again.
Phoenix has a communications port for accessing user-configurable status information, alarms, and low-voltage auto-shutdowns. Shutdowns are followed by a series of smart restart attempts. User settings can be accessed from your computer or mobile device via VictronConnect - our free app.
