The Battery Balancer equalizes the state of charge of two 12V batteries connected in series, or multiple parallel strings of batteries connected in series. When the charging voltage of a 24V battery system increases to more than 27V, the Battery Balancer kicks in and compares the voltage on the two batteries connected in series. The battery balancer draws a current of up to 1 A from the battery (or batteries connected in parallel) with the highest voltage. The resulting charge current differential ensures that all batteries converge to the same state of charge.

If necessary, several balancers can be paralleled. A 48V battery bank can be balanced with three battery balancers.

Delivery

Refrigerators, freezers, batteries, solar panels, solar kits, inverters, water heaters, air conditioners and portable power stations are excluded from free shipping ($250 and up) and from the $20 flat rate.
