Delivery

Oversized products such as solar panels or heavy products such as refrigerators are excluded from the free shipping policy for orders of $150 or more, and from the flat rate of $20 for orders of $149.99 or less. If an item in your order is one of the restricted items, we will contact you to let you know.

Shipping

The customer accepts full responsibility for the transportation and delivery of goods to their destination.

We are not responsible for any damage, loss or delay related to transportation by the customer.
